Something about this wine is very familiar and comforting. This Cab has a pleasant and familiar nose. The taste is not overly sweet, a little dry, but not so much to make you pucker.
I enjoyed tonight's glass after a meal of mini bacon-explosion and pork sausage with sauerkraut. The wine held up well against these strong flavors and complemented the dinner well. I'm not sure what I paid for this bottle, but I think it's a reasonably priced wine (i.e., less than $15). I would recommend it to those who like cabernet savignon.
